1.1. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after the payment is received and confirmed.

1.2. Shipping Method: We offer two shipping methods for your convenience:

  •  Shipment through The Courier Guy with orders shipped via standard   shipping to be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Shipment through Paxi with orders shipped via standard     shipping to be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that shipment times may vary depending on some factors, but customers will be notified if that were to happen. Also note that the prices will not be the same for the two shipping methods.

1.3. Order Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
